Release self limiting beliefs and create new positive beliefs moving into 2020. This workshop includes a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation practice focusing on a Sankalpa for 2020. Followed by creating your own 2020 vision board to display as a reminder of what you would like to manifest for the upcoming year. I will provide a 12x12 board and all the supplies. Please bring any special images you would like for your board.
